1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OG Image Generator - Create Social Media Preview Images with API ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OG Image Generator - Create Social Media Preview Images with API provides an API and web interface for generating Open Graph images for websites and applications. The Service is available in free and paid tiers with varying feature sets and usage limits.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service

4. Payment & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance via LemonSqueezy
  • All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy as Merchant of Record
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — please contact us
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the Service to generate, host, or distribute images or content that:

  • Contains sexually-oriented content, pornographic material, or sexually explicit imagery
  • Is intended for use with NSFW (Not Safe For Work) chatbots or similar adult-oriented AI services
  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or promotes violence/discrimination
  • Infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights
  • Attempts to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or reverse engineer the Service
  • Is used for sending spam, phishing attacks, or any form of unauthorized advertising

OG Image Generator - Create Social Media Preview Images with API reserves the right to immediately terminate accounts and block access for any user found to be generating content that falls within these restricted categories.

6. API Usage

API usage is subject to rate limits and monthly quotas based on your plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary restrictions. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CorbanWare. Images generated through the Service using your content belong to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CorbanWare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
